Pioneering Innovation Paper Presentation & Award is more than a scientific paper, it is a platform to scientifically validate, globally showcase, and commercially position innovations that can improve productivity, sustainability, and farmer profitability.

 

Selected innovations will be reviewed by the Global BioAg Alliance-Scientific Integrity Mentors (SIMs), an independent international panel of scientists, researchers, regulatory experts, and industry leaders. Finalists will present live before global decision-makers during the BioAgTech World Congress in Campinas, Brazil.

What We’re Looking For

We invite innovation papers showcasing breakthrough technologies, research, commercially relevant, and field-validated innovations across the following focus themes:
 

  1. Biostimulant Innovations: Technologies that enhance plant performance, nutrient use efficiency, abiotic stress tolerance, and regenerative agricultural practices.

  2. 2.Biocontrol & Biopesticide Innovations: Novel biological solutions for sustainable management of insects, diseases, weeds, and other crop protection challenges.

  3. 3.Soil, Plant & Seed Health Innovations: Biofertilizers, microbiome technologies, precision agriculture, seed treatments, soil regeneration, water-use efficiency, and integrated crop health solutions.

  4. 4.Emerging BioAg Technologies: AI-enabled agriculture, digital farming platforms, RNA technologies, synthetic biology, fermentation technologies, climate-smart agriculture, carbon farming, and other next-generation biological innovations.
     

What We’re Looking For
Please explain in a concise manner, supported with tangible data and information:
 

  • Ease of use & adoption by farmers.

  • Go-to-Market strategy and targets.

  • Farmers’ ROI or ROI-related data.

  • Tangible examples of sustainability with respect to planet, profit and people.

  • Potential for long-term commercial success.

  • Field trial data where applicable, especially in comparison with synthetic alternatives.

  • Regulatory status/progress – crops and geographies.​​​​​​​​​
