I grew up on a dryland cotton, sorghum and wheat farm in rural west Texas. Attended Texas Tech University where I received a BS Degree in Agronomy and a MS Degree in Plant and Soil Science with an Emphasis on Seed Physiology.
I worked for seven years in the cottonseed industry in Texas and Arizona as a quality assurance manager and seed production manager. I then worked for BASF in California for 5 years as a technical service representative.
Finally, I have worked with Mid Valley Agricultural Services, Inc. since September 2012 as a research agronomist. Mid Valley’s agronomy team conducts small plot and demonstration research trials to help our growers improve overall crop growth and production. I have been blessed in life by my wife of 20 years and sons of 17 and 14 years of age.
